3 Hr Broker / Manager State Required CE

Description

Brokers and agent should be aware of the Ohio Laws that were created to govern brokerages.  We will go over the different statutes in place and take an in depth look on how the Ohio Law says how to run a brokerage.  We will cover: 

  • Earnest Money
  • Teams
  • Advertising
  • Commission
  • Referrals
  • Disclosures
  • Agency

Note:  This CE covers 3 Hours of Core Ohio Brokers Responsibilities for Brokers or a 3 Hour Elective for agents who are not brokers.

This course meets the requirements of HB 532 which requires all Ohio Brokers and Managers to complete an additional "special"  3 hrs. each education cycle. All Brokers and Managers, including those over 70 are required to  complete this training. Anyone completing this course who is not a Broker or Manager will receive 3 hours of Elective CE Credit.
